The Original Pneumatic “powered” speaker stand, the Frankenstand, was invented and designed in 2005 by Mobile DJ Mike Ryan (Dr. Frankenstand) and made specifically for professional entertainers! The “power” changes the weight of your speaker into “neutral buoyancy” making it EZ to lift and lower your speakers. NO MORE USING YOUR SHOULDER TO LIFT YOUR SPEAKERS!
Due to the wide variety of speakers weights, Frankenstands come in two “powers”: F35-50 (F1) for speakers weighting between 30 and 50 lbs. (Mackie 450 and JBL EONs) and F55-80 (F2) for speakers weighing between 55 and 80 lbs. And because operating a speaker stand shouldn’t be a puzzle, Frankenstand’s legs open EZ! Plus the leg’s rubber feet are glued on. The Frankenstand, fully extended, stands at 6’ tall with a 3½ foot leg spread.
